Return policy

Items may be exchanged within 14 working days from the arrival of your purchase. For the return to be accepted, all items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to make a claim

If you wish to return an item, please email your request (eshop@leventisgallery.org) and you will receive an immediate response.

Types of returns

Only exchanges are accepted. You may make an exchange for the same item or any other item of equal or greater value available from our e-shop.

Cost of exchanges

Our e-shop will cover the cost of the exchange in the event that the original item was damaged or broken (and we will indicate the delivery method to you). In any other case, the cost will be borne by the purchaser.
