On the Field: Football − History − Nicosia (GR-ENG)

The publication reveals the history of football in Cyprus, having at its core 

the capital of the island, Nicosia, from the beginning of colonialism until the 1960s.

It includes all of the exhibits presented in the temporary exhibition On the Field: Football – History – Nicosia, as well as photographs from the Photographic Archive of the Leventis Municipal Museum of Nicosia.

The texts were written by the curator of the exhibition Antigone Heraclidou, Senior Research Associate of the CYENS Centre of Excellence.
